Small Diameter Equipment Options for installing Cured In Place Pipelining

Inversion

The Perma-Lateral system can be installed through clean-outs or open-end pipes.
Only one access point is required.
The liner can be ambient cured in 3 hours or heat cured in as little as 20 minutes.
System is designed for 2″ – 8″ pipe diameters.
2″ to 4″ diameter pipes can be rehabilitated up to 120FT+ in length.
3” to 4” and 4” to 6” pipe flow transitions.

Spot Repair

Repairs pipe diameters of 8-,9-,10-,12-inch including transitions.
The 100-foot hose couples with 5-, 10- or 20-foot packers to perform repairs.
Casting times as low as 10 minutes.
Liner materials arrive ready to install.
Easily navigates 45 and 90⁰ bends.
Training included and 24/7 support.

System Selection/Curing Method*

LightRay LRI Inversion

No complex parts or computer regulated movement.
Cures lateral lengths of up to 150 ft at 6.3ft/minute in all types of pipe.
The 50-foot light train incorporates double strand, cold LED lights for industry leading cure times and does not rely on heat to cure the liner.
The proprietary design allows the light train to be incredibly flexible navigating multiple bends up to 90 degrees.

Steam: The Stinger Mini Steam Cure System

This portable unit is diesel powered and can cure liners in under an hour.
The steamer can be maneuvered into small areas where boiler trucks and other large equipment would be impractical.
The Stinger is compatible with all types of CIPP linings and thermoset resins.
Diesel-powered with hydro insulated coil.
Low water volume dry steamer made for the trenchless pipe repair industry.
Ultra-portable design engineered for tight spaces.

Ambient Curing

Ambient Curing is achieved by mixing a set volume of resin and catalyst, causing the materials to react and cure. The cure time ,however, will be dependent on the ambient temperature in the installation environment. Applications for ambient curing are primarily for short liners, service connections and repair products that can be installed in a fast, predictable amount of time prior to the resin cure.

Material Options & Descriptions No more carrying hazardous materials in your truck or trailer and no need to measure and mix on site. LightRay liners arrive ready to install without any need for refrigeration. This greatly reduces the variability from mixing and preparing liners but also eliminates the requirement for extra equipment in the field allowing for rapid deployment of the system.
The LightRay LR3 system incorporates non-thermal UV casting resins along with high-strength flexible fiberglass pipe liners. No matter what the current temperature is above or below ground, the casting times are consistent anytime and every time, as low as 10 minutes.
Resin impregnated liners in 3-, 4-, 6- & 8”- diameters.
Cures in as low as 10 minutes
No refrigeration necessary and a 6-month shelf life when stored in a controlled environment between 50-70 degrees
Standard UV resins are non-VOC (no odor)
